Refund & Return Policy (Booky Baby)

This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made through bookybaby.com and is provided by Rank Lucas LLC, doing business as Booky Baby®.

1) 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your item is fulfilled by us to request a return.

To start a return, email us at hello@bookybaby.com with:

• your order number, and

• the reason for the return.

2) Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

• the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, and

• it must be returned in its original packaging (or packaging that provides equivalent protection).

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged in transit, defective on arrival).

3) Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Digital products (including downloadable files or digital access)

• Gift cards

4) Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and issued via the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank and payment provider.

A refund may be rejected if:

• the return is received more than 30 days after delivery/fulfillment

• the goods are used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

• suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected

5) Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

1. Check your bank or credit card account again (refunds can take time to post).

2. Contact your credit card company—posting times can vary.

3. Contact your bank—there is often additional processing time.

If you’ve done all of the above and still do not see your refund, contact us at hello@bookybaby.com.

6) Exchanges

We allow exchanges for selectable variants (for example, exchanging for a different color or version), subject to availability.

To request an exchange, email hello@bookybaby.com with your order number and the variant you would like. If your exchange request is approved, we will provide return instructions and ship the replacement item once applicable return requirements are met.
